MCH Therapy Services Open House

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN US at an Open House event on Wednesday, December 7th from 11am – 2pm to tour our Therapy Annex and check out the new facilities for Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services! Located at 308 West Locust Street in Lafayette, the Therapy Annex also houses our NEW Pulmonary Rehab department as well as our existing Cardiac Rehab and Sleep Lab facilities.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT and look forward to seeing you on December 7th! Staff will be available to meet and talk with patients. There will also be some great register-to-win door prizes and some light refreshments.
